SPIRIT PAINTING
Seán also explores the realm of Spirit through his art. These Spirit Paintings are different to the animal specific portraits where an owner has requested a painting of their beloved companion.
With Spirit Painting, Seán has no idea what the painting will be before he begins (except for the inner memo saying “You’re Painting"). When this happens, a large canvas is prepared and at the right time Seán goes into FlowºState and intuitively channels a visual expression of Spirit onto the canvas.
THE PROCESS
Seán must completely let go of preconceived ideas, timing or outcomes to allow for the journey to flow.
At some point during the painting process, he receives the information about the animal or energy that wishes to present itself, as well as the wisdom that it wishes to express through the layers of paint on the canvas.
Seán simply lets go and allows the visual, energetic and emotional information to be coded into the painting, which enables the viewer to subsequently have an inner experience when later observing the piece.
